Worry is a relentless cycle of anxious thoughts about the future and anticipation of misfortune. It drains your energy and stops you from being truly present. It is the nagging fear of what might go wrong, and the inability to trust in the unfolding of life.Pulling the Worry card is a call to practice mindfulness and to contemplate the importance of being present in this moment. Develop trust in yourself and your ability to consciously create the life you intentionally choose.
