Procrastination is like a credit card: it's a lot of fun until you get the bill.”
Christopher Parker, Actor

Procrastination is not simply delaying things until later, but a whole pattern of behaviour that can be summaried by 'Put off until tomaorrow what you can do today so that it leads to stress, anxiety, and even failure.' It is the avoidance of jobs tasks due to trauma, fear of failure or perfectionism. Procrastination is a symptom of a deeper issue. That could be a lack of self-worth or a fear of making mistakes. This is what you need to examine within yourself. If you have drawn the card of Procrastination it is encouraging you to go inside to address your trauma. To find the equilibrium between effort and relaxation,  It is through balance that we find inner harmony. If someone around you has procrastination issues that are hurtin g them, compasionately suggest they do the same.

Procrastinate Mantra: I am prepared to see my trauma and the root causes of my procrastination, finding balance and self-compassion.
