"Guilt is perhaps the most painful companion of death."
Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

Guilt is a feeling of regret or remorse, a recognition of wrongdoing and (usually) a desire to make amends. It is the internal compass that guides you towards ethical behaviour. Guilt can be seen as a catalyst for transformation, driving you to make up for your mistakes, and to grow into your best self. The card of Guilt challenges you to confront your own wrongdoing and seek forgiveness. Conversely this card also asks you to examine if you have really done something wrong or is your inner critic driving to accept unwarrented blame. If your thoughts about yourself are only negative, remember - you are enough. You are good enough.

Guilty Mantra: I release guilt and regret, embracing self-forgiveness and growth.
