Rage encompasses a whole toxic bucket of feelings, ranging from anger and fury, to the eruption of those pent-up emotions, and loss of control. It is a destructive force that can consume you, and harm others. If you have pulled this card it is a call to examine your inner landscape, to heal your wounds, and to find constructive ways to express your emotions. True peace comes from within, from forgiveness, compassion, and understanding. If someone around you has pent-up rage consider opening communication with them about it. Awareness is key.
